What Kind of Editing do you Need?

I keep writing stories, but I’m missing some storytelling tools that could really up my game and make my stories go from good to great.

I love the idea I am working on, but it’s not turning out the way I planned.
I am stuck! I've either written myself into a corner or I have writer’s block.
I want to learn how to make a story work while I am writing it.

I have completed a full draft, and I feel great, but I know there is more work to be done and I want professional feedback.

I want a full breakdown of my story - a full analysis that shows me everything that is happening so that I can see patterns in my writing that I wish to change.
I’m tough enough to hear a critique, but I want an editor who can tell me what is working, as well as explain what isn’t working and why. And then can give me specific steps I can take to turn that around.
I am dedicated to learning and elevating my craft over the long haul and I want to work with someone who will help me learn invaluable story principles that I can use in my future creations and that will help to improve my writing overall.
I want to work with an editor who cares about my story, and gets what I intend to do, who has the answers that will get me there or suggestions that could lead to something better, but who also respects that all final decisions are mine!
